Multiple Macbook Pro's Pro Apps Licenses?

I'm purchasing two new Macbook Pro's soon (one for my home and one for my office), and I'm wanting to purchase Final Cut X, Compressor, Logic Pro, and Motion, but I'm wondering how many licenses these applications have?

I'm assuming I can just log into my purchasing account on the app store and download it onto my personal Macbook after I've installed it on my office one, but my office Macbook will be registered under my work. Will this cause any issues? I need both for work, but the home one is more for me stuff too.
